I was looking for a reference to understand how to start a migration process , and I couldn't find it.
Could you give me some reference from where I can study how to do this process ?

Hi,

I have the same problem as you . I have to migrate OpenERP database from v5 to v6 and I don't have any clue about the procedure of migration or any mapping of v5 database or even how to extract it from the existing database .

If anyone have done the migration before, please help us.

Is there a migration module for V6? On the downloads page there is only v5.
